Adequate healthcare and access to basic health services is a top priority in Binalonan. As such, the Guico administration has established a modern Rural Health Unit (RHU) Lying-in Clinic in February 2009, offering maternal and child care packages to residents of Binalonan. These services are offered for free to Binalonians who are Philhealth members; meanwhile, non-Philhealth members may avail of the healthcare packages for a minimal fee. Midwives and allied healthcare professionals are on duty 24/7, ensuring that proper care is given to patients at the point of need.
Further to the administration’s healthcare programs are regular medical missions conducted by a team of physicians and allied health professionals in all of Binalonan’s 24 barangays and feeding activities for children.
